1 Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the msw casino platform and all services under it. By registering an account with msw or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using the service.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated on the platform or through your registered contact details before taking effect.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

msw's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. You must confirm that you meet this age requirement when registering an account. If it is later found that a user opened an account while under 21, that account will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.

msw provides services only to individuals located in Bangladesh. Using the service from any area where online gaming is legally prohibited is strictly not allowed. Users are responsible for complying with the laws of their own country or region.

3 Account Opening Rules

Each individual may open only one account. If a single person is found to be operating multiple accounts, all such accounts will be suspended or closed and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

Information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and identity document details — must be truthful and accurate. msw reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Opening or operating an account with false information is a breach of these Terms.

• Account login credentials must not be shared with anyone.
• The user is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account.
• Any unauthorised access must be reported to msw immediately.
• Corporate or group accounts are not permitted.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

msw may verify the identity of any user when required. You may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID. Withdrawal may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

5 Account Closure and Suspension

msw reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Any breach of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Refusing identity verification or providing false information.
• Playing games via bots or automated methods.

Users may also request account closure at any time through live chat.

6 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at msw is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank). Every transaction must be made in the name registered on the account — third-party deposits are not accepted.

• Only deposit using a payment method registered in your name.
• Cryptocurrency or foreign payment methods are not accepted.
• If a deposit is unsuccessful, contact live chat support.

7 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered on your account — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.

Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is not complete or if the wagering requirement of an active bonus has not been met. Withdrawal requests for unusually large amounts may require additional verification.

8 Welcome Bonus Terms

The msw welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, you must claim it on your first deposit after registration. The bonus amount must be wagered at least 15 times based on the deposited amount.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Claiming the bonus repeatedly through multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• If the wagering period expires, the bonus will be cancelled.

9 Other Promotional Offers

msw's other ongoing offers — such as the msw Weekly Reload Gift (20%, up to ৳5,000), msw Slot Festival Bonus (50%, up to ৳8,000), and msw Cricket Deposit Reward (30%, up to ৳6,000) — each have their own wagering requirements and claim deadlines.

msw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer. Full details on bonuses can be found on the Bonus page.

• Bonus funds cannot be used on any game — you must play in the specific game or category stated with that bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless expressly permitted in the offer.
• If any misuse is found in claiming bonus benefits, all funds will be forfeited.

10 VIP Programme and Cashback

The msw VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — from up to 0.2% at Bronze to up to 1.0% at Diamond.

Weekly cashback is calculated on the total net loss for the week. For example: if a Gold member has a weekly net loss of ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback. Level advancement conditions depend on play history and contribution.

11 General Gameplay Terms

The outcome of all games at msw is determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, msw will settle based on the last recorded state.

• Exploiting any vulnerability in the game software is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets on the same game simultaneously from multiple devices is not permitted.
• Using abusive language in the live casino chat may result in account suspension.

12 Sports Betting Terms

Betting odds may change at any time. If odds change after a bet is confirmed, settlement will be at the odds that were confirmed. If a match or event is cancelled after partial play, msw will determine the outcome in accordance with standard industry practice.

If multiple events are placed together as a multi-bet and one event is cancelled, that event may be removed and the remaining odds used for settlement — though the specific rules may vary by event.

13 Technical Issues and Disputes

msw is not responsible for any loss caused by internet disconnection or device issues on the user's end. Any dispute regarding a game result or transaction must be raised with msw via live chat or email within 30 days of the relevant event.

msw's server records will be treated as the highest authoritative source. msw's decision in resolving a dispute will be considered final, though the user may take further steps if they wish.

14 Responsible Gaming Commitment

msw believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a cause of addiction. We therefore provide users with tools to set their own limits — including daily/weekly deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options.

15 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the msw platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Placing bets using bots or automation software.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or technical error.
• Operating multiple accounts under false identities.
• Colluding with other users to place bets.
• Misusing bonus terms or engaging in bonus arbitrage.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately and all associated funds may be forfeited.

16 Protection of Personal Data

msw is committed to protecting users' personal data. Information collected during registration and transactions is used only for operating the service and carrying out legitimate verification processes. All data is secured through SSL encryption. User data is not sold for marketing purposes.

17 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the msw platform — logos, designs, software, text, and multimedia elements — is the intellectual property of msw. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.

18 Limitation of Liability

msw makes every effort to maintain the reliability of its service, but does not accept liability in the following cases:

• Problems caused by the user's own device or connection.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment processors.
• Unexpected technical disruptions or cyber attacks.
• The user's login credentials being obtained by another person.

If msw does not enforce a particular term at any given time, that does not mean the right has been waived. Any concession applies only to that specific situation.
